SMOK RPM 4 Pod Kit

The rectangular Smok RPM 4 has a familiar shape but is far superior to its predecessors like the Smok RPM 40. As those familiar with the original device might be aware, RPM is an acronym that stands for Real Pod Mod. The Smok RPM40 was their first effort to create a compact vape pod that could conceivably replace a box mod but could also replace smaller vape pods like the Smok Novo. Smok accomplished this with a clever expedient. The Smok RPM40 came with two pods. One housed the original Smok Nord coil family and the other fit the much larger Smok RPM Series of coils.

A similar expedient is in play with the Smok RPM 4. This time, there is a pod that is compatible with LP2 pods and another that works with the wide-ranging selection of RPM 4 coils.

Compared to the original Smok RPM40, the Smok RPM 4 is a major upgrade. The 0.96-inch TFT screen is incredibly useful, informative, and easy to navigate. The RPM 4 turns out 60w and the battery has been bumped up to 1650mAh. One big innovation is a sliding airflow control allows the vaper to really customize their experience, especially when used in conjunction with the adjustable wattage and available core selections. In terms of daily use, it blows its predecessor out of the water.

The new coil designs for the Smok RPM 4 can be found in the Smok LP2 coil family. These are an upgrade over previous Smok coil designs.
